September 30, 2026. A Memorial Service celebrating her life was held on Wednesday, October 7, 2026. And the Greenville Memorial Church Family express our sympathy to Mr. Samuel Irby, Jr. in the loss of his nephew, Mr. Terry Lee Irby, Jr. who passed on Monday, September 29, 2026 in Columbus, SC. His homegoing celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at the Thompson Funeral Home, 845 Leesburg Rd., Columbia, SC 29209.
